Only 2 more days until I switch to the Count Down to Cruise. Which BTW, I have 175 more days to go. :) I am determined to get back to at least was my lowest weight so far on this journey of 139. This morning I was 149.2. It was REALLY good to see the 4's again!! I can do this! I can do this! I can do this!
Some of the top things on my mind right now..
I want to choke SparkPeople! Love my SparkPeople, BUT they had that link to the new DVD on sale at Amazon for like $10, so I went ahead and ordered it thinking it would be another new motivation and the 250 sparkpoints would be a bonus. They had the link everywhere, Buy me! Buy me! Buy me! Well, I did and got it and ripped it open excited to punch in the code for the points (silly I know) only to not see a code. So I went on the sparkpoints page for it to tell me where the code is only to find out YOU HAVE TO BUY IT AT TARGET to get the code!!! Well why post the Buy Me links to Amazon everywhere then?! Fine, post the Buy Me links but have it direct you to Target if that is the only place you can get it with the points!!! Errr! ok, rant over. I feel better now. :) lol!
Another thing is how grateful I am for my FitBit!! It really is a good motivator. And I really needed something new to pump me up again.
I also want to research this whole RAW Vegan diet thing. I don't think I could go totally RAW. Of course I said that about being vegetarian and now I'm vegan. Never say never right? Buuut, I would like to maybe keep trying new raw recipes.. maybe have a raw day like a Meatless Monday but have it be RAW Wednesday or something like that. Have you guys seen these ladies that are 60/70 years old that have been on a Raw Vegan Diet and look FABULOUSLY healthy and beautiful and young and shiny?! lol! They look amazing!! And to just imagine being 70 years old looking and feeling so young and peppy and healthy seems like a dream come true. Your own not so secret fountain of youth. Not easy I can imagine. It's not the easiest thing being a gluten free vegan, I can't imagine being a gluten free RAW vegan!! But like I said before I couldn't imagine being a vegan at all a few years ago. For now though, maybe a RAW Wednesday. That's sounding pretty good and doable. I think I just came up with another Resolution!!! :D
