It's been a long while since I've had the time to sit and type anything out. Working the 3 to 11 shift has really taken its toll. on me. I had lost a few more pounds since my last post, but it came back. I'm exactly where I was in August. That may sound bad, but I've still beat my weight loss for the previous year, which was my goal. And with the health issues I have, the fact that I've maintained my weight instead of gaining it ALL back is actually a big accomplishment. I'm trying to squeeze in workouts when I can, but between work, kids and now trying to pack up and move, I'm having a hard time. I did go out and get about 8 Jillian Michaels DVDs and will be making an actual workout area in the new place so that I don't have to miss a workout if the family has failed to keep the living room clean. Running on 2 hours of sleep isn't exactly helping things either, but that's just the way it goes. My life has become very full, very hectic, and I really hope it settles down soon so I can get beck on track.
