Getting Back On Track!!!

I pray that your Thanksgiving and Christmas were a blessing, as for me I had a blessed time! Now that the holiday feasts have come and gone it's time to get back to business. I have successfully lost 20 lbs, but over the course of two months I have gained 8 lbs back. I must admit I did pig out during the holidays, and I have slacked off exercising on a regular basis as a result my clothes are fitting a little snug now. :( I have decided this upcoming New Year of 2013 to eat healthier and exercise more consistently. This new year I am planning on shedding 15 lbs, and I'm giving myself two months to get it done. I'm going to get a jump start on it and begin today (Dec. 30, 2012). I challenge myself to hit the gym at least 3 times a week, doing at least 45 min. of cardio and strength training. I also will incorporate the Slim Fast Shakes into my weight loss arsenal. I'm motivated and determined!!
I am eagerly anticipating the New Year!!! 2013 is going to be the "Year of New Beginnings" for me! I'm so excited on New Year's Day I start my new job...wish me much success!!! Be Encourage, Be Blessed, and Make It A Great Day! JB
