Surprise! My husband reserved a getaway for the two of us & gave the tickets to me at Christmas. We're finally going away together after ALONE without children after...hmmmm.....has it been two years?? An overnight at a B & B with theatre tickets too.
I'm reaching out for what we all need: someone to keep me straight!

Declaration of goal: I will lose 15 pounds by March 30, 2013---date of getaway!
Methods: Exercise 3 times a week. Journal my food. Stay whole foods minded. High protein.
Okay. There it is. I can do this.
