Oh my goodness, the dance workout was a million times better! It didn't burn as many calories and was not as hard, but I know I will keep it up because it is so much fun!
There are 7 different workouts for the dance program. One for latin, bollywood, hip hop, club, african, caribbean and one called All Stars. I have no idea what All Stars means, but I guess I will find out.
I think this is a workout I can stick to because I enjoyed it so it didn't feel like working out. Plus I am in my own apartment so in my mind I am dancing like Beyonce and there is no one to tell me that I really look like an uncoordinated baby giraffe.
My nutrition has not been exactly perfect, but I have been drinking a ton of water and tomorrow I am going to do a grocery shop for the week and so I can get started much better next week.
Another Sparkperson told me about the Biggest Loser challenge and so I am so pysched to start that also because that is JUST the thing I need . Some fun competition and challenges and a team to keep me on track and accountable. It sounds like a lot of fun!
My goal for tomorrow will be to take some before pictures so I can compare every 30 days.
Well, so far I feel like I am off to a good start. Now to keep it up!
