I want to lose 55 lbs in 2013 since that is just over a lb a week it should be doable. In order to do that I will track my food every day even the bad days and exercise at least 4 times a week.
I also want to volunteer more. I volunteer 3 times a month now but would like to increase that to once a week minimum.
I want to stay in His word and pray EVERY day.
