Yesterday I did my Slim in 6 Ramp it Up DVD. I'd been doing smaller amounts of exercise daily since I was busy with Christmas things and lack of sleep. It felt really good to get back into the swing of more intense exercise.
Today I've been lazy and haven't done much except laundry, dishes, grocery shopping and vegging in front of the TV. USA network has had an NCIS marathon today and I've been enjoying myself immensely. I took a little break and did a SparkPeople video exercise - Bootcamp 10-minute Cardio Kick Video.
