Well so far I have not been doing too bad- I think I need to exercise more as I am no longer getting any sort of DOMS. Would be doing a lot better if I could stick to strictly eating healthy. But I don't want to change too much too fast. Have a great weekend.

    Think you're on the right lines, in terms of not doing too much at once. In the past I've set myself too many challenges and tasks and ended up getting overwhelmed. This time I'm taking it much slower and feel like I'm slowly creating sustainable habits.

    I try to be good most of the times...but at times I let go and enjoy myself having all those unhealthy food in modesty. It keeps me going!

    I'm singing the song "Tomorrow" I'm going to be good then. By tomorrow I don't mean tomorrow tomorrow but some other tomorrow. LOL.

    Start slowly making small changes,

    like I love chocolate so I changed to dark chocolate and ate one row a day and then down and down till now I only want one piece every couple of days.

    the biggest thing I did was advise from my Dad-- chew at least 20 times on each mouthful --it was amazing, I was actually tasting the food instead of gobbling it down.
