Lately I have found myself eating left. I haven't really been counting my calories, and I have fell into the temptations of sugar. I still exercise and get my cardio in, but I feel its in vain. HELP!!!!!
You should focus on the fact that you are staying active and not that you are failing to make wise food choices. If you are struggling I suggest you have SP make a food plan for you the next few weeks and stick to that plan as closely as possible If you have things in your house that not healthy try to give them away or somehow just get rid on them. Have a variety of fresh veggies ready for snacking and just take it one day or meal at a time.
WE all have areas we struggle but if you focus on what you already do well and give yourself a chance I am sure you can find success
First of all, take a deep breath and remember one very important thing...... Stop focusing on what you've done and just start over ~~ right now. Get rid of all the junk food in your house and move forward.
