My biggest accomplishment in 2012 was exercising everyday. Some days it was 2 hours...somedays it was 10 minutes. But it all added up. Now I am contemplating 2013!!
I want to spend time on myself. Not only in physical exercise, but also working on my emotional health. It all matters.
I am setting my goals to spend time exercising daily. I will mix up cardio and strength training through the week. This works for me. I need to do both. I definitely am working on my abs and hips...I think this will be my immediate focus.
I will also spend time daily either meditating, praying or making a positive mantra daily.
