Lets mix it up, shall we?
One thing I have figured out is that I am easily bored and wander off track. One way to keep me on track is to keep it different and fresh.
I was reading my husband's Men's Health magazine and I read an article about intermitant fasting. Also known as the 8 Hour Diet, basically you eat your day's allotment of calories in 8 hours.

But mom always said breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So skipping breakfast goes against what she taught me.
Why not? I'm giving it a try. 10:30 to 6:30pm is feeding time here this week.
