Ok, I am firmly convinced that the last few days of vegan eating slimmed my waist and brought my abs out more-happy dance!! So now....tomorrow is supposed to be my last day of eating this way. But why does it need to be? I am working out just as hard. I feel great. Maybe this is something that I can do one week a month...or longer. At any rate I am very very happy!!
The left was the beginning, the right taken today--forks over knives for me for now!!
Thanks all!!! @RHEYNKLAW, lunch was the most challenging, so loving Boca burgers! But I adore my almonds, spiach and coconut oil..and learning to tolerate brown rice protein powder
I'm so proud of you for giving plant-based eating a try, and even more glad that you feel and look great for it!
What was most challenging for you, and what came most naturally? Even if you decide that an omni diet is what's best for you, are there any things you did differently during your week-long vegan experiment that you think will become a permanent part of the way you eat?
You are doing so wonderfully! It's fun to experiment with meatless meals even if you're not a die-hard vegan. I'm learning to do this, too!
Isn't it amazing how these types of challenges also build momentum? Keep going for it if that's what you feel led to do. God bless you on your journey.
