I'm back...

My last blog post was almost 2 years ago. I was excited about starting the Perfect Workout system gym. Well, I did and still go there. I have firmed up but still have not lost weight. In fact I have gained about 5 pounds. Some may be increased muscles and some due to my doctor taking me off the mild diuretic I had been taking. So now, with another New Year approaching I have decided to start Sparking again.

I must be the most disorganized person ever. I know what I need to do but do not do the planning to make it possible to do. So my resolution is to PLAN, not to lost weight because I know if I PLAN I will lose weight. Wish me well!!!
