Winter Challenge Journal ~ And So We Begin.......

I am starting this challenge, hanging by my little pinkie!!!! The Holidays & being snowbound, were not kind to me!!!! But, I have no one to blme but me.....poor CHOICES!!!! However, I will not beat myself up, no, I will start from here, from where I am right now!!!!


So, Choice Number 1:

I will make healthier goals for the Winter Tangerine Challenge:

My Goals Are:

~~ I will make healthier choices daily!!
~~ I will walk at least 10min/day at least 5 days/wk!!
~~ I will eat breakfast daily by the end of the Winter Challenge!!
~~ I will do at least 10min cardio at least4 days per week!!
~~ I will plan at least one meal per day at least 5 days.wk!! (This will be super hard to do!! LOL!!)
~~ I wil drink 8Cof water daily!!

I love your honest goals, especially where you write "plan at least one meal a day 5x a week". I know that planning and logging my meals is very important and yet I find it too daunting. I like your baby step method.

    Great idea.....awesome goals....

I am already challenging myself...we have a wedding in the middle of march and I want to have lost most of my weight by then and I will buy myself a new dress for it.....
I believe it is doable...just have to remain very focused while away on a months holiday.....lol

    You can recycle meals for later on in the week or month by saving left overs so that should eliminate some work. I am ready for the challenge as well as I've also lost some focus.
