I discovered today that with all the holiday goodies and dinners ive had to get threw since the end of November i now find food discusting to look at lol Especially anything rich or sweet. I think my body is on sugar over load just from seeing it all around the house for so many days!
Time to get down to some healthy eating... making lemon herb baked chicken tonight with a baked potato and cooked veggies! Yummmmie nothing sweet nothing fried or rich just plain!
