I actually did one today. It was not the greatest but I did one! Keep at it if you are working towards mini goals. I have been working towards this since August. I've accomplished close grip pull ups, just one or two and even then they are not the greatest form and I still have to do jump ups for a lot of my reps and negatives, but I am slowly getting stronger, and I have been able to do pull ups the last few days. 1-2 regular pull ups 2-3 commando pull ups and now 1-3 wide grip pull ups now!
