from family and friends, for all of whom I'm extremely grateful. However, noticing that I'm filling some extra emotional holes with food, an old tried and true habit, but not a solution. This evening beginning to sketch some guidelines for the coming year which I hope will help. Find myself with less despairing thoughts and more hopeful ones for which I am also grateful.
