tomorrow is my official start date. i have to find my motivation to work out at home. i have all the necessary equipment and dvd's i just lack severe motivation to get it done. My other issue is my diet ... i know that weightloss is 75% diet and 25% exericse but holy man do i like food and food that isn't really good for me. i'm going to try my hardest to cut out breads from my diet. i think that is what is causing most of my bloating issues.

I tend to get super frustrated because i work my butt off at the gym .. killer workouts where i can't lift my arms for hours after i'm done but yet i can't seem to lose weight. in fact i gain weight. which is more then just frustrating it down right aggravates me.

so i'm committing to a new me in 2013 ... a positive mind ... positive changes... can't wait!

update on today ... i feel disgusting!!! i'm so bloated and i can't stop eating gross food. why do i do this to myself??

i planned my day tomorrow ... inlcuding what i will eat and when i will exercise. drinking nothing but water maybe a couple of cups of tea ... one at least. monday night i will be having lots to drink to celebrate the new year but i will be accounting for them in my tracker for sure and counter acting it with lots of water. Jan 1 i'm sooo ready for you!

    Don't overdo to the point you were sore or mentally you could end up stopping due to pain

take it easy, one day at a time
