tomorrow is my official start date. i have to find my motivation to work out at home. i have all the necessary equipment and dvd's i just lack severe motivation to get it done. My other issue is my diet ... i know that weightloss is 75% diet and 25% exericse but holy man do i like food and food that isn't really good for me. i'm going to try my hardest to cut out breads from my diet. i think that is what is causing most of my bloating issues.
I tend to get super frustrated because i work my butt off at the gym .. killer workouts where i can't lift my arms for hours after i'm done but yet i can't seem to lose weight. in fact i gain weight. which is more then just frustrating it down right aggravates me.
so i'm committing to a new me in 2013 ... a positive mind ... positive changes... can't wait!
