So I actually managed to do 30 minutes of cardio three times this week! The fact that I actually got my butt out of bed and DID it is a huge accomplishment for me. I am the queen of excuses for not working out, especially in the morning. But I have actually discovered that I enjoy my day more when I work out first thing. Im hoping I can keep this momentum, especially as my schedule gets fuller and fuller. I work 10 hour days four days a week, which is for the most part ok, but my job is open 7 days a week so I never have the same schedule, so I have to try to fit working out into that craziness. On top of that, Im starting school again in May. Im only doing it part time, but Im afraid Im going to find it easier to skip my workouts. Hopefully this site can keep me on track, I was so proud of myself this past week and I dont want to mess it up!
