got my exercise in

Saturday, December 29, 2012

Good Morning: woke and found my son home. His GF and him had a major fight last night. Long story.- she is 7 months pregnant and very emotional. We told DS that she is pregnant and that trumps any thing he could say. I told him that he needs to go back to counseling - he had one visit. He needs to learn how to communicate with GF. She needs one too, but will not go back any time soon. She has some major issues. emoticon I did not overeat- in fact I am tracking food and I even went to gym. I am making this top priority. I gained some over the holidays. My DS cooked and does not actually cook like I would have liked. She used to be very careful of the quality of food and ingredients. but since baby, she does not have the time or desire to take so much time preparing the meal. She has gained weight, too. I just ate moderately. We went for walks daily but not like when I am in the gym. Over all I did well in the circumstances. emoticon Every one has a good day and get some exercise in. emoticon emoticon

glad all in all it is all good, I gained 2 pounds, and decided not to weigh again until the 1st, I have to take better control of my snacking, and sweet craving, but, it is really hard.

Glad that you and DH were strong in telling DS that GF's pregnancy trumps anything he could say AND highly suggested continued therapy! It can only help. How frustrating, but good for you staying on track and taking care of yourself.

HUGS and wishing you a Happy Year filled with blessings and abundance.
