Things that went well:
30 minutes on WiiFit including yoga, core training (since I realized my yoga was suffering from core performance), boxing, running in place, and just for fun- hula hooping
Two huge glasses of water await me already iced and prepared with straws right where I can see them
bought a coffee (could count as things I need to do better too) however, did not gulp it down like usual, savoring it throughout the day if I am going to count those costly calories
lost 2inches off my waist, my jeans and my largest T-Shirt (4x) feel baggier
Left encouraging comments on friend's Sparkpages, because it holds me accountable too
Doing my own little study on the book of Job, going to pick up a book inspired by it from the library tomorrow.
Things that can go better:
Hubby and I again went out for breakfast-lots of calories, lots of carbs being tracked today (but at least this one filled me up since its hours and hours and hours later and I'm just now getting hungry)
Did NOT track dinner as well as I could've
Snacked on candy between lunch and dinner
