Day #189 - Oh I'm not ...

emoticon - 20 minutes; emoticon - 20 minutes; emoticon - 20 minutes.

Today I tried breaking my cardio up into different exercises. But I still got in an hour of workout. Yeah it's Saturday and I went to the gym. I felt really bad after missing my workout yesterday. My brothers car was stolen for the 2nd time in 3 weeks so I took him to pick it up since the police found it again. It wasn't running that great so it took us a while to get it back home. I lost my momentum for the day. Got back home and my daughter wasn't feeling well most of the day. Possibly ate something that didn't quite agree with her. So this morning I got up and went straight to the gym. Hopefully I can do better today.

I did get in all my water yesterday. I didn't eat well though. Like I said having these young people in my house is being a negative influence on me emoticon

But I plan to workout everyday to at the very least keep me a little focused. I'm going to do my best today to try to make wiser choices for myself and let them eat whatever. Well here's to continued battle through the holidays.

I'll be so happy when the festivities end so I can get back to losing weight emoticon
