How many of you turn to food when you are stressed, happy, sad.... etc. If you are on Sparkpeople, I assume you are here to get healthy. Find new ways to deal with your emotions. Food is not the answer. Food is not your friend. Food's purpose is to keep you healthy and alive. Here are a couple of ideas to try when you WANT to turn to food but are not really hungry. Please add your ideas too:
1. Phone a Friend
2. Work a puzzle book or jigsaw puzzle
3. Go onto Sparkpeople and read a few blogs. Giving support to someone else help you too.
When the desire to eat has passed, you have been successful one more time !!!
