My First Challenge

I am very proud of myself today! I watched, and actually followed along with, Days 1 and 2 of the 28 Day Bootcamp Workout Challenge videos. It felt good to get off my butt and move, other than standing at my quilt table to cut fabric. My knee did hurt a little, but that was only because I twisted it too much during the exercises. It I am careful, and don't do too much in the beginning, it shouldn't hurt as I go along.

My first goal is get on Sparkpeople every day for 7 days (this week beginning today), and following the workout videos. I know the challenge is for 28 days, but I'm not going to commit more than a week at a time.

I also want to get involved in some forums for motivation, so my goal is to visit at least 2 discussion boards per day. I may or may not post to those boards, but at least I will read some posts from others.

    baby steps are GREAT!!! if we over-step, sometimes we wind up sidelined due to injuries. take it slow, keep building. you can do this!
