21 DAY JUICE AND RAW FOOD CHALLENGE: JANUARY 1-21

Hi everyone! So my friend and I will be doing a 21 day juice and raw foods challenge starting January 1st. We will be juicing the majority of our calories and consuming whole raw foods throughout the 21 days.
I wanted to post this challenge here to motivate you to join us!
Choose one of the following options:
*juice with raw foods for 21 days
*juice only and drink water for 21 days
*eat only raw foods (no dairy, meat, cooked foods) for 21 days
*consume between 80 and 130oz of juice every day (the majority of which must be more greens then fruit) consuming strictly fruit juices causes your blood sugar to spike and this is not healthy. Keep your drinks balanced with much veggies and use fruit only to sweeten,
*1 serving of nuts or seeds. These must be raw and unsalted. Don't over do it on the nuts and seeds. 1-2 servings is more than enough. Measure your serving in individual baggies so you don't eat way more than you should!
*you can eat any raw whole foods you desire. Lettuce, cucumbers, celery, raw peanut butter (let's count that toward the serving of nuts tho!), etc.
*salad dressings must be homemade. Or using something like Annie's Salad Dressings that are made with clean ingredients. Olive oil, vinegar, white wine, and mustard with other seasonings are allowed. There are also many "cream dressings" made with avocadosor cashews. These are allowed but count toward your serving of nuts and seeds. 1 tablespoon of dressings for 2+ cups of salad. (Measure everything!)
*there are many raw, vegan dishes out there (I have many on Pinterest under (Raw/Reboot) that I use during this challenge.
*stevia and raw unfiltered honey is allowed
*water water water water
DO NOT EAT:
*nothing cooked past 118 degrees. Food that is cooked past 118 degrees is no longer considered raw.
*no caffeine. None. You may drink green tea the first week to help with headaches and detox from the caffeine but try to keep it to one cup a day.
*no sugar or artificial sweeteners. None
*no flours (since you can't cook anything I don't thing this will be a problem)
Focus on the "have's" not the "have not's"!

*YOU MUST CHECK IN ON A REGULAR BASIS, CHEER FOR OTHERS, AND HOLD EACH OTHER ACCOUNTABLE!
