Snowy Day and New Year

First blog entry - I've been around a long time, just reading but not really participating. I decided that for the new year I'd get more active and get serious abut my fitness. Was going to take a walk but decided to shovel out our driveway. Our big snowfall dropped over 6 inches which my husband cleared away and this morning we got another 1 inch so instead of walking, I shoveled half of our driveway.

    Yep, you got to put a big kick into the moteivation and walk. You can actually walk the weight right off. Start with 15 to 20 minutes each time or each day and keep increasing the amount and times. This will really work. Take a camera with you and continue to take great pictures.
