As I sat around feeling fat this morning, I decided something. I have worked too hard to stop now even for just a couple of days. This is not going to help me to achieve my goals. I needed to get back on track. So that's what I'm going to do. I already went to the gym this morning with my father and sister. I did go out to breakfast, but I think I ate reasonably well. I got eggs, homefries and toast. Not exactly my perfect breakfast, but nothing too bad. I tried the toast my dad's way. My dad goes to this place frequently and orders multigrain toast with cinnamon and then tops it with honey. It was actually pretty good: a little more dry than I typically like, but not bad. I will admit I snacked on some chocolates, but I only ate 2 of the little miniature size, so I don't think it will kill me. I need to go figure out what I can eat that will be healthy for lunch and decide on something to do for dinner tonight. The original plan had been to go out, but I think my sister and I might make something instead. Any ideas for delicious, but healthy dinners?
