Another Statistic

Saturday, December 29, 2012

Darn. I tried not to be another holiday statistic. I packed on 10 pounds in December. I feel like it started earlier though. October and November were tough for me too. So, even though I maintained through those months, it finally caught up with me in December.

Well, I spilled the milk, time to clean it up.

Well, lesson learned and time to clean up the diet and get back on track. You can do it.

Sometimes we have to fail so that we learn what to do to succeed.

This is a part of the learning curve, and that you are still here, and not throwing in the towel is the best news yet. You CAN turn this around!

November and December were hard for me too. Went up 4 pounds when I weighed in on the 26th. But just getting away from the xmas food is already helping. One is off already.

YOu can do it.

    You can do this!
We all mess up from time to time.
That's why this is called a lifestyle change, we have to work on making small changes one day at time!
I know you will get through this and get right back on track!
