    Great share! I love those things cos I forget everything! I got a cheap, no-name chest strap HRM in 2009 when I reached a goal and was AMAZED that I was 'always' doing too much.

...that's not bragging, it's dumb and unhealthy!

It's GOOD to train where you're meant to be, so it helped a LOT! Lately, I don't train hard enough to matter ;p When that HRM died, I got a Polar F7 (I think, it's one of the cheaper versions). It does maths for me :)
