My goals/plans for 2013 (but with an earlier start):
1. I'm going by the fitness center near my work on the afternoon I return from break to sign up. Over the past few months I've debated whether to invest in some equipment for my home gym or to go with our gym membership. Based on everything from space to costs, the gym membership is the better option for me.
2. Running more and transitioning from walk/running will be a big goal for 2013, with my main goal being able to run the whole Chick-Fil-A 5K in May. I will probably sign up for it soon as a motivator.
3. Tracking "everything" in the Spark App I downloaded to my IPad.
4. No fast food, except for an occasional treat on my free days. During the past few years, I've eaten way to much of it. It's helped make me fat due to my lack of self-control.
