Lets see how all this goes. I have been gearing up for my big goal at the end of June.. :)
This time, I think I am not going to say a thing to anyone, until they start noticing. If they actually do. lol..

I'm tired of telling my bf, etc then just disappointing everyone. So, this way if I only tell my "spark peeps" I will feel like I am not setting myself up to fail...

At another site I belong too, it says my bodyfat is 30%....! That is crazy! But, it is most likely true. I carry it all on my belly. Will post a pic maybe later in the week.. It's quite clear that it is mostly in my

My "goal" is to be at 115 lbs and 10% body fat by the end of June. That is just over 6 months and a more than reasonable, attainable goal to reach by then. It's just getting it done...that is the harder

    I feel the same way, lol! I think we've all read that we should 'share' our weight loss goals with others -but ugh! 'Failing' is the worst! And I'm finding it harder and harder to stay disciplined. :(

    ....But I'm not gonna give up I'm gonna try yet again. And like you, I want to try to keep it to myself this time, other than what I share here on Spark. The Spark community is always amazingly supportive!

    I for one am here to cheer you on!

    totally makes sense and it is what has worked for me in the past. The only pitfall is like when the hubby has no idea and just brought me a three egg swiss cheese omlette with two pieces of buttered white toast, in bed! lol
