I have been staying with family for over a week and so far so good!!!! I have been going between my Mother's and my brother's homes. I have been trying to stay active doing workouts or other activities like shoveling if I don't feel like doing a video. Here is my recap for the last week.
Week of 12/17 to 12/23:
Mileage -> 1.7 miles
In Calorie Range- 5/7
I took an extra off day because of a holiday party but did 2 workouts the next day to try to even it out. Even on days I have had parties to attend I eat like I normally do for most of the day. There was no way I could pass up my Gramma's macaroni and cheese!!! I ate it at two of my events but didn't go overboard or eat until I was too stuffed to move either. I think I have lost weight since I got here but it hard to tell because of how much each scale can vary. I probably won't update my weight til I get home Jan. 6th and weigh myself on my own scale.
This week is almost over and I have been staying motivated. I traded two of my workout video days to shovel my brother's driveway and help my Aunt paint a room. I only had one day that I didn't track calories. This morning I tried Biggest Loser Bootcamp with Bob Harper. I borrowed it from my sister-in-law and I think I might actually buy it once I get home. :) I will be going out to dinner the next two nights so one of those meals I am going to track and one I probably will not. Not sure which one yet but I have been making too much progress to blow it on going out to eat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
