NOt to much to say today: I am setting out to follow my plan if not to the letter, than just about! Aches and pains...happens with weigh-gain...not something that I had ever hoped to experience again...a dear friend is visiting tomorrow from Indiana and I have put ON a ton of weight emoticon....Spark is helping tho-haven't gained back all of it. NOT a very good conversation with myself-guaranteed! I am here to lose weight-not gain! I know the talk-what the heck is with me that I am not walking the walk?! Can't pretend any longer that someone Else's going to do this for me-I am the only responsible party in this mess. Maybe if I go back to setting goals...

Saturday's goals:

    Sometimes I think I live in a fantasy world...doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. I have vowed to myself to put an end to that and do what it takes to get the job done! The only think I would add to your list is tracking all your (our) food. I can't make any progress unless I do that. Good luck to us both! I know we can do it!! emoticon emoticon

    Looks like you have all your achievable goals in order. Just make sure you log your nutrition intake to see that the calories you are taking in are within your goals for losing weight.
