Happy almost-New Year!

In case you didn't see on my Getting Fit Before Baby team, I am pregnant! My husband and I found out on Thanksgiving-eve. In the last week, we just announced to our parents, to his in person and to mine on video chat.

I'm now feeling pretty well, but the first bunch of weeks were very draining. I only went to the gym twice, and took it VERY easy on the elliptical. I've been walking my dog a few times a day (except for now, while we're traveling and he's kenneled), so I haven't been INactive, but it's dropped down dramatically. And then of course, there's my constant snacking and only wanting carbs. I've had to force myself to eat things like clementines along with toast, toast, toast.

I feel like I've gained some belly weight already, but clothes still fit. The nausea hasn't been bad, but I do have to keep eating to keep it at bay. And speaking of, it's breakfast time! emoticon
