Ok, as of yesterday, breaking the sugar addition is goal #1 for 2013.
The rest are as follows:
2. Consistency of 1200 fitness minutes per month for 12 consecutive month.
The goal for 2012 was a 1000 fitness minutes per month. I didn't quite make
it BUT I was so much more consistent than 2011. 2013 is the year of stepping
it up a notch.
3. Earn 100 sparkpoints per day
The real goal here is to not hide. When I fall off the wagon, I act like a 2 year
old. If I can't see it recorded, it didn't happen. Well we all know that this isn't
true. This goal should help me stay consistent with recording. We all know
this helps us stay on track even when we have some backslides.
