My mantra is I ACCEPT MYSELF AS I AM TODAY...UNCONDITIONALLY". Yes this is my plan and I plan on saying this to myself in front of a mirror in my home, twice a day everyday. I want to get rid of the "bad me". You know the "bad me" we all have them, the one that says "no you can't do that", or "go ahead eat it you know you want too", or better yet "you'll never do it". So its like good me verses bad me.
My plan is to get rid of the negative thoughts I allow myself to throw at myself. We all need to reinforce how we can reach our weight loss goals and for me I believe this is my way to go.
Its one day at a time and we do the best we can right, why not find your mantra today!
