Started on 1200 calories a day and doing okay overall. Using the food tracker which is very helpful!
I picked up my weight chart from my MD this week (needed by my insurance) and I didn't fully realize that i'm down 35 lbs from a year ago. It makes me feel good because I'm headed in the right direction! weird, though because I don' t really see or feel much of a difference. Am I not good at paying enough attention to how I feel or look? hmmm....need to think about it....
