Between being super busy, on vacation, events, workshops, oh yeah, then there was the flu...I've been AWOL!! I think I'm back to "normal" now. I'm very thankful for this.
Now is my big push for the gym's members to keep on it through the end of the year and right on into the new one! Big Changes will be adding on new members. I have booked new clients already. I guess this is normal!LOL It's all good.
I've got to get back on my training for my 5k/10k race on Jan.27th. The flu kicked my tail...ugh! 1st Saturday back for a couple weeks. aerobics, yoga, aerobics, client....good start back
