29th and more snow

Saturday, December 29, 2012

The year is almost over and now that it has snowed it doesn't know how to stop. Got my threadmill in this morning and now need to get out and get some groceries bought. I don't have much in fruit or veggies in the house.
Two more days and we will usher in 2013 and will work real hard at meeting my goals. On the 2nd of January I will weigh in and take my measurements and post on the calendar that is next to my threadmill. For every day that I get on I add a star to the date. The beginning of every month I will do the same thing, weigh and measure. My next step is to make up a collage and put up also. My goals and wishes for the New Year. Can't wait for Zumba to get started again for I feel like I am getting lazy and flabby again. emoticon

Just catching up on your last two blogs. Yay on not gaining over the holidays, that's a great indicator on how well you have developed your planning around big meals and celebrations, I'm so proud of you!

Great idea for having the calendar next to the treadmill and having a star system to encourage you to get on every day. I like the idea of weighing and measuring every month, helps keep that scale from taking control of our lives. 2013 is going to be an amazing year for both of us, I'm excited to be sharing it with you.

I love your plan, I may just have to adopt this idea. emoticon
It's a gorgeous snowy day in NW Iowa, the snow just sparkles in the sunlight. Good thing the wind isn't blowing! emoticon
