I'm starting off better

I had ordered some personal fitness items for myself before the holiday's and they came in the mail yesterday. I'm sooo looking forward to putting them into use. I have a daily planner - yeah it's old school, but it works better for me. I got it from the publishers of Women's Health magazine, so it has an area for weekly goals along with follow-up and health tips each week. I also got an MP3 player that has walking fitness challenges programmed on it. Now that I'm armed with a few new items, I feel renewed.
