Christmas week and I still lost
I tracked everything that I put in my mouth, I worked out every day, I drank water and I lost weight. I was very nervous getting on the scale this morning, now I am so excited a total of 23lbs. I am finally in the 160's. Thanks to all you wonderful sparkpeople and all your motivational ideas, tips and sayings I am almost half way to my goal.
