This has been a difficult year in some respects, but I am grateful for SP and for all my SparkFriends.
I have hope for 2013 and turning around some things in order to get back to "nonobese" BMI. I am not going to set myself up for failure by setting a pounds-lost goal, but I am aiming for the first 10% weight loss, getting back to One-derland, and improving my fitness. I plan to sign up for SparkCoach to see how much it will help push me on the journey. Once I start making progress, I expect the momentum will pick up.
I broke a toe and developed pain in both my knee, hip and shoulder so this has been affecting both my physical exercise progress and my mental state - I've been afraid to push to hard and injure myself farther. I'm going to stay positive and expect that as I get stronger and fitter, the pain will be less and the conditioning will help me feel better and better.
Will write myself a letter for the end of 2013 on futureme.org and see how close I can come to seeing my dreams fulfilled.
