Well this week is just about over! I will say it did up being challenging and yep I caved on a couple of things. This has also been a successful week, not in lbs lost but in being aware of what I was eating. Even though I caved on a few things, the damage was limited because I did have Sparkpeople.com to be accountable to by logging nutrition and fitness in each day. Also by letting my family know my plans, I was way more conscious about what choices I made because I knew someone was watching!
Another success was running my first consecutive 20 minute run on the treadmill. I will still have 4 days of fitness in for the week!
Looking forward to a schedule next week!
