One good food day followed by three bad days. *groan* I need to get smart and toss the junkfood in the disposal instead of treating my body like one.
I probably won't make my step goal today, but I did complete my EA Sports Active 2 workout and an ab workout on the bosu. That was a great workout. Using the bosu targets the right muscles without straining others. You work out a lot of other muscle groups just by trying to maintain your balance. The bonus you get from balancing doesn't seem like work at all.
I will make tomorrow a good food day.
