Horrible Food Day

One good food day followed by three bad days. *groan* I need to get smart and toss the junkfood in the disposal instead of treating my body like one.

I probably won't make my step goal today, but I did complete my EA Sports Active 2 workout and an ab workout on the bosu. That was a great workout. Using the bosu targets the right muscles without straining others. You work out a lot of other muscle groups just by trying to maintain your balance. The bonus you get from balancing doesn't seem like work at all.

I will make tomorrow a good food day.

    Ha! We bought TWO Bosu balls today so that DH and I could work out together. I did the warm-up and the four that followed it. Oh.My.Gosh. Totally fun, totally kicked my butt. And then I followed it up with 30 minutes on the elliptical and was DRENCHED in sweat! You've motivated me in ways you can't imagine. So now, go get rid of the junkfood. All this work you are doing shouldn't be sabotaged. We are going to do this together! We have a birthday goal to meet, and I want to see your next picture in a celebratory dress!
