Tomorrow never comes, procrastination is a killer and every day I wait to begin exercising again is a lost day.
Why today??? Because today is our 32nd wedding anniversary and what better present could I possibly give us both than a healthy, happy wife who feels good and wants to spend another 32 years with her dear husband.
I’m not waiting for 2013.
Doesn’t mean there won’t be champagne and bacon wrapped scallops tonight… it’s all about portion control. What it does mean is I started exercising again TODAY to honor our commitment to each other with renewed fitness goals for 2013. Happy Anniversary Michael
