Well, I survived the foodathon of Christmas 2012. I had only one "bad" food day, where I hit the top of my range and beyond. I got everything back under control the next day. I also made sure to work out as much as possible, getting as many steps in daily as I can. I find that any time I do an hour workout, it's easy for me to hit 10,000 steps. Tomorrow I weigh in and I'm hoping to see some positive movement. I see inches melting off, and my size smaller clothes are getting looser and more comfortable, so hopefully the scale will catch up at some point.
I'm busy working on adding some additional exercise to my routine in the new year. I don't believe in resolutions. They are made to be broken. I do believe in goals, they are made to be met.
