Don't get to upset with the setback. We have them from time to time. Just re-evaluate what your doing and just get back on track. emoticon emoticon

Good Luck! You can do it! I don't know what will make you keep going. It took me a couple of years to finally get it and now that I've reached my goal, I never want to go back. You just have to keep pushing even when you want to give in. Hopefully after awhile it will be easier for you.

That IS a good start! Make small promises to yourself and keep them, do it again and again and when you fall off the wagon get right back on and let the guilt go@

You are worth the time and effort this takes!
