AMRAP Cycle 4 Day 2

I got in 5 rounds. 5 rounds = 105 lunges, 65 plows (yoga position but used in exercise), 40 burpees, and 25 pull ups total!

Started to really feel it at the end. I can do a lot better than 5 rounds. My rounds were about 4 minutes each, I need to step it up next time!

    Dang! You rock:) Lunges and burpees i can do. Those plows might just give me vertigo and well, you know how I am with pull ups. Going to try those plows today:)
