Scrapbooking Can Be A Powerful Momento

With the new year approaching, I'm not the only one (well maybe I am in our SparkPeople community) who wants to slack off for the last few days of 2012, and start out fresh with lots of momentum in 2013. Unfortunately, my break has not been as full of free time as I hoped it would have been, so I have not been able to complete my weight loss plan. However, I am determined to finish it before the second week of January! (Giving me enough time to finish up the last of my college applications and a competition I have to go to.) The good news is that I have made of half of my plan already!

But I didn't come here to bore you about my busy life. The main purpose of this blog is to share my idea with our SparkPeople community. I am going to be making a scrapbook of my weight loss journey! Of course, most of my specifics (like my food and activity logs) will still be on SparkPeople. The whole idea is to show your overall change, and maybe add a few of the exercises, foods, and articles that have helped you reach your goals, to your scrapbook. And of course, your before and after pictures! I will post a picture of my scrapbook every time I update it. Let me know what you think of this idea! Or if you have any suggestions to improve it!
