Like many this weekend, I will be restarting my healthy lifestyle. This time I have help. I have convinced my sister to join me. I look forward to it. My goal is to be 20 pounds lighter by October. That is when I go back to see my doctor. I want to really be consistent with eating healthy. I know that I may have set backs, but as long as I don't allow the set back to become permanent, then I will be okay and I will live. So, I am ready for 2013 to begin. A new year to begin new beginnings!
