Starting over for the LAST TIME!!!!!

Like many this weekend, I will be restarting my healthy lifestyle. This time I have help. I have convinced my sister to join me. I look forward to it. My goal is to be 20 pounds lighter by October. That is when I go back to see my doctor. I want to really be consistent with eating healthy. I know that I may have set backs, but as long as I don't allow the set back to become permanent, then I will be okay and I will live. So, I am ready for 2013 to begin. A new year to begin new beginnings!

    You can do it. Go girl go. I am starting over too but I started at the begining of this month and promptly got a terrible cold as soon as I said it but I am not letting that or anything else stop me. We can do it.

    Thanks everyone for the encouraging words. I needed to hear that. I will definitely use the spark program this time. When I stopped using it, that is when I gained all my weight plus some more back. I am determined to not let that happen this time. WE CAN DO THIS! emoticon

    I'm with you my niece join Spark and we doing this together Spark is a great tool to use in our healthier lifestyles. When I track my food and fitness each day I'm losing around a 1/2 to 1 pounds of week which is not bad at all. I do have some day that I do fall off but I still track and try making better food choice the next day. The best to you emoticon

    Be sure to use Spark so you can stay on track...It really helps. Take advantage of the Spark tools and you will make it to your GOAL for sure. Your Divas sisters got your back... emoticon emoticon emoticon
